This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send an email from a new contact in Bitrix24.

Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Bitrix24 and Email to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Bitrix24 to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Bitrix24 account, using Bitrix24 credentials.
Connect Email to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Email account, using Email credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Bitrix24
Choose the following trigger: Watch Contacts (Triggers when a contact is created or modified.).
Then set up an Action for Email
Choose this action: Send an Email (Sends a new email.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Bitrix24 and Email.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
