Create Planfix contact from a new Google Forms response and add a new row in Google Sheets

First, we need to connect Google Forms, Planfix and Google Sheets to Make.com.

  Create Make.com account.

  Create Make.com account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Forms to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.

  Connect Planfix to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Planfix account, using Planfix credentials.

  Connect Google Sheets to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms

  Choose the following trigger: Watch Responses in Google Sheets (Watches for new responses in the Google Sheets table.).

  Then set up an Action for Planfix

  Choose this action: Create a Contact (Creates a new contact.).

• 

  Then set up another Action for Google Sheets

  Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
