Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms
Choose the following trigger: Watch Responses in Google Sheets (Watches for new responses in the Google Sheets table.).
Then set up an Action for Google Groups
Choose this action: Add a Member to a Group (Adds a user to a specified group.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Forms and Google Groups.
