Send Slack direct messages for new or updated responses in Google Forms spreadsheets

First, we need to connect Google Forms and Slack to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms

  Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Response in Spreadsheet (Triggered when a new response row is added or modified in a spreadsheet.).
