Create Aero Workflow tasks from new Google Form entries

First, we need to connect Google Forms and Aero Workflow to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Google Forms to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Forms account, using Google Forms credentials.

  Connect Aero Workflow to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Aero Workflow account, using Aero Workflow credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Google Forms

  Choose the following trigger: New Response in Spreadsheet (Triggered when a new response row is added to the bottom of a spreadsheet.).

  Then set up an Action for Aero Workflow

  Choose this action: Create Task (Creates a new Aero Task.).

• Then set up another Action for Google Forms

  Choose this action: New Form Response (Triggers when a new form response is received.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Forms and Aero Workflow.
