Send new Formstack entries to Smartsheet

First, we need to connect Formstack and Smartsheet to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Formstack to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Formstack account, using Formstack credentials.

  Connect Smartsheet to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Smartsheet account, using Smartsheet credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Formstack

  Choose the following trigger: New Submission (Legacy) (Triggers when a new added submission for a form is submitted. Uses webhooks for instant triggering.).

  Then set up an Action for Smartsheet

  Choose this action: Add Row to Sheet (Add a row to a sheet.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Formstack and Smartsheet.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
