Copy new Formstack submissions into Excel rows

First, we need to connect Formstack and Microsoft Excel to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Formstack to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Formstack account, using Formstack credentials.

• 

  Connect Microsoft Excel to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Microsoft Excel account, using Microsoft Excel credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Formstack

  Choose the following trigger: New Submission (Legacy) (Triggers when a new added submission for a form is submitted. Uses webhooks for instant triggering.).

  Then set up an Action for Microsoft Excel

  Choose this action: Add Row (Adds a new row to the end of a worksheet.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Formstack and Microsoft Excel.
