Part I
First, we need to connect eSign Genie and Xero to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect eSign Genie to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your eSign Genie account, using eSign Genie credentials.
Connect Xero to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Xero account, using Xero credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for eSign Genie
Choose the following trigger: Document Executed (Triggers when ALL PARTIES have signed the Document. Triggers for a Single Party Document as well. Available for our Paid or Trial Business Premium accounts.).
Then set up an Action for Xero
Choose this action: Create Payment (Applies a payment to an invoice.).
