Create Make.com account.

Connect CloudTalk to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your CloudTalk account, using CloudTalk credentials.

Give Make.com access to your Slack account, using Slack credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for CloudTalk
Choose the following trigger: Watch New Call (Triggers when a new call has been created.).
Then set up an Action for Slack
Choose this action: Create a Message (Creates a message.).
