Send Microsoft Outlook email when new contact activity occurs in ClickFunnels

First, we need to connect ClickFunnels and Microsoft Outlook to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect ClickFunnels to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ClickFunnels account, using ClickFunnels credentials.

  Connect Microsoft Outlook to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Microsoft Outlook account, using Microsoft Outlook credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for ClickFunnels

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact Activity (Triggers when Contact activity record is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Microsoft Outlook

  Choose this action: Send Email (Send an email from your Outlook account.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
