This automation scenario allows you to connect Buffer and Diigo

Part I
First, we need to connect Buffer and Diigo to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Buffer to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Buffer account, using Buffer credentials.
Connect Diigo to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Diigo account, using Diigo credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Buffer
Choose the following trigger: Any new post in Buffer (This Trigger fires every time you add a new post to Buffer or post now via Buffer.).
Then set up an Action for Diigo
Choose this action: Add a public bookmark (This Action will add a public bookmark to your Diigo account.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
