Sync new Asana tasks as events in Google Calendar

First, we need to connect Asana and Google Calendar to Automateio.

  Create Automateio account.

  Create Automateio account if you don't have one.

  Connect Asana to Automateio.

  Give Automateio access to your Asana account, using Asana credentials.

• 

  Connect Google Calendar to Automateio.

  Give Automateio access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Automateio.

  Set up a Trigger action for Asana

  Choose the following trigger: New Task (Triggers when a new task is added to project).

  Then set up an Action for Google Calendar

  Choose this action: Add an Event (Create a Calendar Event).
