Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).
Then this action happens in Zendesk Sunshine
Create or Update a Profile in Zendesk Sunshine
Creates or updates (overwrites!) a profile. A profile is updated (overwritten) instead of created if the submitted profile source, profile type, identifier type and identifier value match an existing profile.

Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for Zendesk Sunshine
Choose this action: Create or Update a Profile (Creates or updates (overwrites!) a profile. A profile is updated (overwritten) instead of created if the submitted profile source, profile type, identifier type and identifier value match an existing profile.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
