Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).

Then these actions happen in DocuSign and DocuSign

Sends an envelope with a document to be signed.

How to set up this workflow

This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send documents to sign via DocuSign from new records in Airtable.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  • Set up a Trigger action for Airtable

    Set up a Trigger action for Airtable

    Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).

  • Then set up an Action for Google Drive

    Then set up an Action for Google Drive

    Choose this action: Download a File (Downloads a file.).

  • Then set up another Action for DocuSign

    Then set up another Action for DocuSign

    Choose this action: Send a Document to Sign (Sends an envelope with a document to be signed.).

Part III

Test and Publish

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  • Customize data flow
