This automation scenario allows you to connect Airtable, Google Drive, and DocuSign.
It can be build using Integromat, a no-code workflow automation tool. Integromat allows you to create automated scripts using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.
Airtable, Google Drive and DocuSign can also be integrated using automation tools other than integromat:
When this trigger fires in Airtable
Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).
Then these actions happen in DocuSign and DocuSign
Downloads a file.
Sends an envelope with a document to be signed.
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send documents to sign via DocuSign from new records in Airtable.
Part I
First, we need to connect Airtable, Google Drive and DocuSign to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Airtable to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Airtable account, using Airtable credentials.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Connect DocuSign to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your DocuSign account, using DocuSign credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Download a File (Downloads a file.).
Then set up another Action for DocuSign
Choose this action: Send a Document to Sign (Sends an envelope with a document to be signed.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Airtable, Google Drive and DocuSign.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Send documents to sign via DocuSign from new records in Airtable!
