Sync WooCommerce Orders as Customers in QuickBooks

First, we need to connect WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online to Automateio.

• 

  Create Automateio account.

  Create Automateio account if you don't have one.

• 

  Connect WooCommerce to Automateio.

  Give Automateio access to your WooCommerce account, using WooCommerce credentials.

• 

  Connect QuickBooks Online to Automateio.

  Give Automateio access to your QuickBooks Online account, using QuickBooks Online credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Automateio.

  Set up a Trigger action for WooCommerce

  Choose the following trigger: New Order (Triggers when there is a new Order. This will trigger for orders with any Order Status, such as, Completed, Cancelled, Failed, Refunded, etc.).

  Then set up an Action for QuickBooks Online

  Choose this action: Add or Update a Customer (Creates a customer, updates existing one based on Display name).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online.

• 

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
