This automation scenario allows you to connect Twitter and Microsoft Teams
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated scripts using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Twitter and Microsoft Teams to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Microsoft Teams to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Microsoft Teams account, using Microsoft Teams credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Twitter
Choose the following trigger: New tweet from search (This Trigger fires every time a new tweet matches your search query. Limited to 10 tweets per check, and protected tweets will not be returned.).
Then set up an Action for Microsoft Teams
Choose this action: Post to channel (This action will post a message to the specified channel.).
