How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Send Twitter mentions to Discord.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Twitter and Discord to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Discord to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Discord account, using Discord credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Twitter
Choose the following trigger: New mention of you (This Trigger fires every time you are @mentioned in a tweet.).
Then set up an Action for Discord
Choose this action: Post a message to a channel (This action will send a message from the IFTTT Bot to the channel you specify.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitter and Discord.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
