Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect SendGrid and Google Sheets to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for SendGrid
Choose the following trigger: Watch new Recipients (Legacy) (Triggers when a new recipient is created. Using Legacy Marketing Campaigns API.).
Then set up an Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add a Row (Appends a new row to the bottom of the table.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
