Send signature requests from Dropbox Sign when specific services are accepted in Ignition

First, we need to connect Practice Ignition and HelloSign to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Practice Ignition to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Practice Ignition account, using Practice Ignition credentials.

  Connect HelloSign to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your HelloSign account, using HelloSign credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Practice Ignition

  Choose the following trigger: Service Accepted by Client (Triggers for each service in an accepted proposal. As an example, if a client accepts a proposal containing three services, this will trigger three times - once for each of the services.).

  Then set up an Action for HelloSign

  Choose this action: Send Signature Request From Template (Sends a HelloSign template out for signature request.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Practice Ignition and HelloSign.
