Connect Asana to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Asana account, using Asana credentials.

Build an integration workflow

Set up a Trigger action for Pocket
Choose the following trigger: Any new item (This Trigger fires every time any new item is added to Pocket.).
Then set up an Action for Asana
Choose this action: Create task (This Action will create a new task for the specified project.).
