Add new Pipefy cards to Google Calendar as events

First, we need to connect Pipefy and Google Calendar to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Connect Pipefy to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Pipefy account, using Pipefy credentials.

  Connect Google Calendar to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Pipefy

  Choose the following trigger: New Card (Triggers when a new card is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Google Calendar

  Choose this action: Create Detailed Event (Create an event by defining each field.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Pipefy and Google Calendar.
