Add new ManyChat subscribers to ConvertKit forms

First, we need to connect ManyChat and ConvertKit to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ManyChat account, using ManyChat credentials.

  Choose the following trigger: New or Updated Custom Field (Triggers when you add/update a selected custom field on a user.).

  Then set up an Action for ConvertKit

  Choose this action: Add Subscriber to Form (Subscribe someone to a specific form.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
