Add/update Mailchimp subscribers when ChatBot interactions are triggered

First, we need to connect ChatBot and Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect ChatBot to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your ChatBot account, using ChatBot credentials.

• 

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for ChatBot

  Choose the following trigger: New Message (Triggers when a user sends a message that triggers the chosen interaction.).

  Then set up an Action for Mailchimp

  Choose this action: Add/Update Subscriber (Add a new subscriber to an audience of your choosing. Can be used to update an existing subscriber too.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between ChatBot and Mailchimp.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use

  Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Add/update Mailchimp subscribers when ChatBot interactions are triggered!
