When this trigger fires in Google Assistant
Say a phrase with a number in Google Assistant
This trigger fires when you say “Ok Google” to the Google Assistant followed by a phrase like “Set Nest thermostat to 68.” **Use the # symbol to specify where you'll say the number ingredient
Then this action happens in Google Sheets
Add row to spreadsheet in Google Sheets
This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.

Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Assistant and Google Sheets to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.

Give IFTTT access to your Google Assistant account, using Google Assistant credentials.
Connect Google Sheets to IFTTT.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Assistant
Choose the following trigger: Say a phrase with a number (This trigger fires when you say “Ok Google” to the Google Assistant followed by a phrase like “Set Nest thermostat to 68.” **Use the # symbol to specify where you'll say the number ingredient).
Then set up an Action for Google Sheets
Choose this action: Add row to spreadsheet (This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
