Part I
First, we need to connect Google Ads and Intercom to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Ads to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Ads account, using Google Ads credentials.
Connect Intercom to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Intercom account, using Intercom credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Google Ads
Choose the following trigger: New Lead Form Entry (Legacy) (Triggers whenever a new lead is created from a Lead Form Extension.).
Then set up an Action for Intercom
Choose this action: Create/Update Lead (Create or update an Intercom lead. If an ID is provided, the lead will be updated.).
