Part I
First, we need to connect Dropbox and Google Calendar to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Dropbox to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Dropbox account, using Dropbox credentials.
Connect Google Calendar to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Google Calendar account, using Google Calendar credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Dropbox
Choose the following trigger: New File in Folder (Triggers when a new file is added to a folder. Make sure the number of files/folders in the watched folder does not exceed 4000.).
Then set up an Action for Google Calendar
Choose this action: Create Detailed Event (Create an event by defining each field.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
