Submit sales invoices into Dext from a Dropbox folder

First, we need to connect Dropbox and Dext to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Dropbox

  Choose the following trigger: New File in Folder (Triggers when a new file is added to a folder. Make sure the number of files/folders in the watched folder does not exceed 4000.).

  Then set up an Action for Dext

  Choose this action: Submit Sales Invoices (This Zap allows you to submit an image to process as a sales invoice from another app.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
