Part I
First, we need to connect Dropbox and Asana to Zapier.
Create Zapier account.
Create Zapier account if you don't have one.
Connect Dropbox to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Dropbox account, using Dropbox credentials.
Connect Asana to Zapier.
Give Zapier access to your Asana account, using Asana credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.
Set up a Trigger action for Dropbox
Choose the following trigger: New File in Folder (Triggers when a new file is added to a folder. Make sure the number of files/folders in the watched folder does not exceed 4000.).
Then set up an Action for Asana
Choose this action: Create Task (Adds a new task.).
Then set up another Action for Asana
Choose this action: Create Task (Legacy) (Adds a new task. Please make a backup copy of this Zap, and use the other/newer version of this Action.).
Then set up another Action for Asana
Choose this action: Create Task (Adds a new task.).
