This automation scenario allows you to connect Dropbox and Box

Part I
First, we need to connect Dropbox and Box to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Dropbox to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Dropbox account, using Dropbox credentials.
Connect Box to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Box account, using Box credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Dropbox
Choose the following trigger: Watch Files (Triggers when a file is added in a folder being watched. This module retrieves number of files/folders till 4000.).
Then set up an Action for Dropbox
Choose this action: Download a File (Downloads a file from a specified folder.).
Then set up another Action for Box
Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a new file.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Dropbox and Box.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Transfer files from Dropbox to Box!

This Action will append to a text file as determined by the file name and folder path you specify. Once a file’s size reaches 2MB a new file will be created.
