Populate documents in WebMerge for new opportunities in ProsperWorks

First, we need to connect Copper and Formstack Documents to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Copper to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Copper account, using Copper credentials.

  Connect Formstack Documents to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Formstack Documents account, using Formstack Documents credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Copper

  Choose the following trigger: New Opportunity (Triggers when an Opportunity is created in Copper.).

  Then set up an Action for Formstack Documents

  Choose this action: Create Document Merge (Send data to your Merge URL.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
