Then set up another Action for Burst SMS
Choose this action: SMS Received to Inbox (Triggers when there's a new messages found in your SMS Inbox. Will also automatically detect an email address in the message and return this in the response.).
Then set up another Action for Salesforce
Choose this action: Create Lead (Creates a new lead in Salesforce.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Burst SMS and Salesforce.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
