Part I
First, we need to connect Amplitude and Telegram to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.

Set up a Trigger action for Amplitude
Choose the following trigger: Watch New Annotations (Triggers when a new annotation has been added.).
Then set up an Action for Telegram
Choose this action: Send a Text Message or a Reply (Sends a text message or a reply to your Telegram Desktop application.).
