Set up a Trigger action for Airtable
Choose the following trigger: Watch Records (Returns all newly created or updated records in a view (requires "Created Time" or "Last Modified Time" fields).).
Then set up an Action for Twilio
Choose this action: Create a Message (Sends a message.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
