Create new MeisterTask tasks from new Acuity Scheduling appointments

First, we need to connect Acuity Scheduling and MeisterTask to Make.com.

  Create Make.com account.

  Create Make.com account if you don't have one.

  Connect Acuity Scheduling to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Acuity Scheduling account, using Acuity Scheduling credentials.

  Connect MeisterTask to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your MeisterTask account, using MeisterTask credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Acuity Scheduling

  Choose the following trigger: Watch Appointments (Triggers when an appointment is scheduled, rescheduled, canceled or changed.).
