Part I
First, we need to connect YouTube, Twitter, Facebook Pages and Blogger to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect YouTube to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your YouTube account, using YouTube credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook Pages account, using Facebook Pages credentials.
Connect Blogger to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Blogger account, using Blogger credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for YouTube
Choose the following trigger: New liked video (This Trigger fires every time you like a video on YouTube.).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
