This automation scenario allows you to connect Twitter and OneNote
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect Twitter and OneNote to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect OneNote to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your OneNote account, using OneNote credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Twitter
Choose the following trigger: New link by you (This Trigger fires for every link you tweet. If your tweet has multiple links, it will fire multiple times.).
Then set up an Action for OneNote
Choose this action: Create a page from a link (This Action creates a page from a link in the specified section of the specified notebook.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitter and OneNote.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Twitter links to OneNote!
