Part I
First, we need to connect Twitch, Twitter and Discord to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitch to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Twitch account, using Twitch credentials.

Set up a Trigger action for Twitch
Choose the following trigger: Watch Followed Streams (Triggers when a followed stream is live.).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Create a Post (Posts a new post.).
Then set up another Action for Discord
Choose this action: Send a Message by Webhook Bot (Sends a new message by executing a (custom) webhook bot.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
