Part I
First, we need to connect Twitch, Twitter and Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Twitch to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitch account, using Twitch credentials.
Connect Twitter to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Twitter account, using Twitter credentials.
Connect Facebook Pages to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Facebook Pages account, using Facebook Pages credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Twitch
Choose the following trigger: New stream started by you (This trigger fires every time you start streaming on Twitch.).
Then set up an Action for Twitter
Choose this action: Post a tweet (This Action will post a new tweet to your Twitter account. NOTE: Please adhere to Twitter’s Rules and Terms of Service.).
Then set up another Action for Facebook Pages
Choose this action: Create a link post (This Action will create a new link post on your Facebook Page wall.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Twitch, Twitter and Facebook Pages.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Automatically post on Twitter and your Facebook Page when you start a Twitch stream!
