Add new Telnyx calls to Google Sheets row(s)

First, we need to connect Telnyx and Google Sheets to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Telnyx to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Telnyx account, using Telnyx credentials.

  Connect Google Sheets to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Google Sheets account, using Google Sheets credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

• Set up a Trigger action for Telnyx

  Choose the following trigger: Receive a Call (Triggers on an incoming call to a Call Control Application).

  Then set up an Action for Google Sheets

  Choose this action: Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows (Create one or more new rows in a specific spreadsheet (with line item support).).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Telnyx and Google Sheets.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
