Create Zoho Invoices from Shopify orders and uploading them to Nextcloud

First, we need to connect Shopify, Zoho Invoice and Nextcloud to Make.com.

  Connect Shopify to Make.com.

  Give Make.com access to your Shopify account, using Shopify credentials.

  Give Make.com access to your Nextcloud account, using Nextcloud credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.

  Set up a Trigger action for Shopify

  Then set up an Action for Zoho Invoice

  Choose this action: Create an Invoice (Creates an invoice for your customer.).

  Then set up another Action for Zoho Invoice

  Choose this action: Get an Invoice (Gets the details of an invoice.).

  Then set up another Action for Nextcloud

  Choose this action: Upload a File (Uploads a file.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Shopify, Zoho Invoice and Nextcloud.
