This automation scenario allows you to connect RSS, WordPress, Diigo, and Bitly.
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.

Part I
First, we need to connect RSS, WordPress, Diigo and Bitly to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect RSS to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your RSS account, using RSS credentials.
Connect WordPress to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your WordPress account, using WordPress credentials.
Connect Diigo to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Diigo account, using Diigo credentials.
Connect Bitly to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Bitly account, using Bitly credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for RSS
Choose the following trigger: New feed item (This Trigger fires every time a new item is added to the feed you specify.).
Then set up an Action for WordPress
Choose this action: Create a post (This Action will create a normal post on your WordPress blog.).
Then set up another Action for Diigo
Choose this action: Add a public bookmark (This Action will add a public bookmark to your Diigo account.).
Then set up another Action for Bitly
Choose this action: Add a bitlink (This Action will shorten and add a new bitlink to your bitly account.).
