Add/remove tags on users in Intercom for new Raklet contacts

First, we need to connect Raklet and Intercom to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Raklet to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Raklet account, using Raklet credentials.

  Connect Intercom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Intercom account, using Intercom credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Raklet

  Choose the following trigger: New Contact (Triggers when a new contact is created.).

  Then set up an Action for Intercom

  Choose this action: Add/Remove Tag on User (Attach or remove a tag on a specific user.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Customize data flow

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Raklet and Intercom.

  Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
