This automation scenario allows you to connect Product Hunt and Pocket

Part I
First, we need to connect Product Hunt and Pocket to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Product Hunt to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Product Hunt account, using Product Hunt credentials.
Connect Pocket to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Pocket account, using Pocket credentials.
