This automation scenario allows you to connect Pocket and Buffer
It can be build using Ifttt, a no-code workflow automation tool. Ifttt allows you to create automated bots using a simple drag-and-drop interface for non-technical users. This is a ready-made scenario, but it can be customized by adding more apps, actions, filters or branches.
Pocket and Buffer can also be integrated using automation tools other than ifttt:
When this trigger fires in Pocket
This Trigger fires every time any new item is added to Pocket.
Then this action happens in Buffer
This Action will add a post to Buffer. If your Buffer is full then the post will be skipped.
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to New pocket items (say, from Flipboard as 'read later') to buffer.
Part I
First, we need to connect Pocket and Buffer to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Pocket to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Pocket account, using Pocket credentials.
Connect Buffer to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Buffer account, using Buffer credentials.
Part II
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Pocket
Choose the following trigger: Any new item (This Trigger fires every time any new item is added to Pocket.).
Then set up an Action for Buffer
Choose this action: Add to Buffer (This Action will add a post to Buffer. If your Buffer is full then the post will be skipped.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Pocket and Buffer.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will New pocket items (say, from Flipboard as 'read later') to buffer!

Add an item to your Buffer, scheduled at a specific time in the future.
