Then set up an Action for Mailchimp
Choose this action: Get a Subscriber (Gets metadata of a subsciber by email.).
Then set up another Action for ClickSend SMS
Choose this action: Send SMS (Sends one or several SMS.).

Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
