Add new Mailchimp subscribers as Zoho Campaigns contacts

First, we need to connect Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns to Zapier.

  Create Zapier account.

  Create Zapier account if you don't have one.

  Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Mailchimp account, using Mailchimp credentials.

• 

  Connect Zoho Campaigns to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Zoho Campaigns account, using Zoho Campaigns credentials.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Mailchimp

  Choose the following trigger: New Subscriber (Triggers when a new subscriber is added to an audience.).

  Then set up an Action for Zoho Campaigns

  Choose this action: Add/Update Contact (Adds a new contact or updates an existing contact in Zoho Campaigns. Contact will not get any confirmation email to join a mailing list.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns.
