Tag Intercom users for new Iterate survey responses

First, we need to connect Iterate and Intercom to Zapier.

  Give Zapier access to your Iterate account, using Iterate credentials.

  Connect Intercom to Zapier.

Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Zapier.

  Set up a Trigger action for Iterate

  Choose the following trigger: Survey Question Answered (Triggers for each question answered of a survey.).

  Then set up an Action for Intercom

  Choose this action: Add/Remove Tag on User (Legacy) (Attach or remove a tag on a specific user.).

• Then set up another Action for Intercom

  Choose this action: Add Tag to Contact (Add a Tag to a specific Intercom Contact.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

  Configure the data that is exchanged between Iterate and Intercom.
