How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to Upload files from Google Drive to Docparser.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Drive and Docparser to Make.com.
Create Make.com account.
Create Make.com account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Drive to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Connect Docparser to Make.com.
Give Make.com access to your Docparser account, using Docparser credentials.
Part II
Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of Make.com.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Drive
Choose the following trigger: Watch Files in a Folder (Triggers when a file is created or modified in a selected folder.).
Then set up an Action for Google Drive
Choose this action: Download a File (Downloads a file.).
Then set up another Action for Docparser
Choose this action: Upload a Document (Uploads a document to parse.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
Customize data flow
Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Drive and Docparser.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
Test your scenario and publish to production. Now you have an automatic workflow, that will Upload files from Google Drive to Docparser!
