This trigger fires every time a new file is added to the Google Drive folder you specify. Note: Does not work for Google Docs, Forms, or Sheets files.
Then this action happens in Telegram
Send message in Telegram
This action will send a text message to a Telegram chat.
How to set up this workflow
This guide contains information on how to set up an automatic workflow that allows to documentos a telegram.
Part I
Configure Applications
First, we need to connect Google Drive and Telegram to IFTTT.
Create IFTTT account.
Create IFTTT account if you don't have one.
Connect Google Drive to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Google Drive account, using Google Drive credentials.
Connect Telegram to IFTTT.
Give IFTTT access to your Telegram account, using Telegram credentials.

Build an integration workflow
Next, we need to create a workflow automation scenario using graphical no-code web interface of IFTTT.
Set up a Trigger action for Google Drive
Choose the following trigger: New file in your folder (This trigger fires every time a new file is added to the Google Drive folder you specify. Note: Does not work for Google Docs, Forms, or Sheets files.).
Then set up an Action for Telegram
Choose this action: Send message (This action will send a text message to a Telegram chat.).
Part III
Test and Publish
Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.

Configure the data that is exchanged between Google Drive and Telegram.
Test the workflow and turn it on for production use
