Part I

Set up a Trigger action for Google Drive
Choose the following trigger: New File in Folder (Triggers when a new file is added directly to a specific folder (but not its subfolders).).
Then set up an Action for Slack
Choose this action: Set Channel Topic (Sets the topic on a selected channel.).

Finally, we need to test this automation and publish it.
